This program seeks to rescue 100 boys from violence over the summer. The plan is to house them on a safe, college campus for nine-weeks of intensive education, manhood training, and cyber, construction, and agriculture vocational enrichment. Boys would be taught core values such as self-discipline, conflict resolution, and respect for parents. Counselors include trainers with military and/or coaching backgrounds. Fieldtrips enhance the summer program. While the boys are away, their parents would receive coaching and other support. The aim is to ensure the boys return to more stable and supportive homes after the summer.

The Afterschool Leadership Academy continues where the summer program leave off. Students would be picked up from their schools and transported to and from the training center. They would spend three hours with tutors to help them complete their daily homework. Counselors would be on hand to provide daily support and assist them in advanciing their academic and career plans. Vocational and skills instructors would help students create group projects. Weekend fieldtrips would afford students the chance to continue their agriculture experience rom the summer and spark interest in various career paths. Parents would continue to enjoy coaching and other incentives.

The STEM4US! Cyber Skills Training & Reentry Bootcamp offers a comprehensive 16-week training program designed to equip currently incarcerated young adults with skills for cyber and construction jobs. The program includes rigorous daily sessions, mental health and soft-skills coaching, and post-release job placement mentoring, aimed at addressing workforce shortages and reducing violence through stable employment opportunities. The pilot initiative is designed to support up to 32 students in the first year. Students would enjoy 600 hours of training and support designed to lead to certifications and a 100% job placement rate.
