Sanford Williams

Sanford Williams is the Director of the Federal Communications Commission and a Manassas City Public Schools Board Member. He graduated from Cornell University.

Arthur Burnett Sr.

Arthur Burnett Sr. is a retired Judge of the District of Columbia Superior Court and served as the first African American to be appointed as a United States Magistrate Judge. He was appointed to the D.C. Superior Court in 1987 and served as Judge and Senior Judge until 2004. He also worked as “Judge in Residence” at the Children’s Defense Fund. He was involved in the National African American Drug Policy Coalition and several other non-profit organizations.

Joi C. Spraggins, Ph.D.

Joi C. Spraggins, Ph.D. is recognized as a legacy leadership expert in global diversity inclusion and community engagement. She is the CEO of Legacy Bridges STEM Academy, Inc., a 501 (c) 3 non-profit NASA Legends and Trail Blazers STEM Institute (Legacy Bridges).

Ronald Andrews

Ronald Andrews is an Internal Medicine Pediatric Physician. Dr. Andrews is the Chief Medical Officer for Bring Back Louisiana at Louisiana Department of Health.

Dr. Adeoye Owolewa

"Oye" Owolewa is a Nigerian-American pharmacist and the District of Columbia’s non-voting representative to the United States House of Representatives. In this position, Owolewa is tasked with lobbying for D.C. statehood.

Sherry Tucker

Sherry is a retired school teacher and the past President of the Alabama Education Association.

Maria Esquela

Maria is President of the Enable Alliance for Project-Based Solutions. She trains schools and universities in blockchain and drone technology.

Kim Cherry Burnett

Kim is the Regional Partnership Manager at the Association of Supervision and Curriculum and Development at Johns Hopkins University. She also is part of the University’s Clinical Mathematics Faculty teaching graduate students.
